Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
1/2 Cup Butter Crisco
1/2 Cup Margarine
1 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Packed Brown Sugar
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
2 Eggs
3 Cups Flour
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
One 12 Ounce Bag Chocolate Chips
Directions
Cream together crisco and margarine. Add sugars and cream well. Add eggs and
vanilla and mix well. Add baking soda and flour together and add to creamed
mixture. Add enough flour until when dough is touched by finger no dough sticks
to finger. Add chocolate chips (dark chocolate or white chocolate). Bake at 375
for approximately 8 to 10 minutes depending on size of cookie. Cookies should be
just slightly brown around the edges as they will cook a little longer when left to
cool on cookie sheet.
