Morgan got a call this morning from a Marine Corps Captain advising him he was selected for PTAD (whatever that is) and is to report to Camp Pendleton (San Diego) on September 8th for a Post Bar Examination Assignment and is set for TBS (The Basic School in Quantico) the first week of December. Morgan is waiting until he gets his orders in the mail to make any plans just in case. We just rented him a new apartment in Houston and he was moving on the 26th. At least having orders will terminate his new lease and he can stop looking for a job.
Morgan will either come home for a few days before leaving for Camp Pendleton or Ann and I will visit him in Houston before he leaves. Ann and I are taking care of his cat Fuzzy until he finishes TBS (six months), Naval law (10 weeks) and get his first posting. Who knows we might have a new cat for a long time.
